Carve Wood Customer Types Leaderboard: Rarest NPC and Bonus Rounds

The customer roster in Carve Wood on Roblox is small but each NPC plays a different role in the bonus round economy. The Customers guide covers the full NPC list and the spawn cadence; this page is the leaderboard view — every customer ranked by rarity, the per-sale payout, and the bonus round bonus the NPC can trigger.

The customer roster

Carve Wood ships six customer NPC variants. From most common to rarest:

  • Pedestrian. The base customer. Always available, pays 1x base, no bonus round potential.
  • Builder. Spawns every 3 to 5 minutes. Pays 1.2x base. Triggers Bronze bonus round on occasion.
  • Merchant. Spawns every 8 to 12 minutes. Pays 1.5x base. Triggers Silver bonus round on occasion.
  • Patron. Spawns every 20 to 30 minutes. Pays 2x base. Triggers Gold bonus round.
  • Collector. Spawns every 45 to 60 minutes. Pays 3x base. Triggers Gold bonus round.
  • Curator. Spawns every 2 to 4 hours. Pays 5x base. Triggers Mythic (10x) bonus round.

The Curator is the rarest NPC and triggers the Mythic bonus round. The Mythic round multiplies your current cash by 10x for the duration of the round, which is the highest single cash event in the game.

Per-sale payout by NPC

The payout table, including the typical bonus round bonus per NPC:

CustomerBase payoutBronze chanceSilver chanceGold chanceMythic chance
Pedestrian1.0x5%1%0%0%
Builder1.2x12%4%1%0%
Merchant1.5x15%8%3%0.2%
Patron2.0x18%10%5%0.5%
Collector3.0x20%12%6%1%
Curator5.0x22%14%8%2%

The Collector and the Curator carry the highest payout per visit and the highest bonus round probability. They are also the rarest spawns, so most of your session is Pedestrian + Builder traffic.

Customer leaderboard

If we rank the customers by lifetime expected value (payout × visit frequency × bonus probability), the order is:

  1. Patron. The workhorse. Decent base payout, frequent enough spawn to anchor the session, and the Gold round bonus pays the typical Carve Wood player more than the Curator’s mythic round because the Patron spawns 20 to 30 times more often.
  2. Merchant. Second-most valuable. Higher per-visit payout than the Builder but spawns less frequently.
  3. Collector. Highest per-visit payout but rare. Anchors the bonus-economy playstyle.
  4. Curator. Rarest NPC. The Curator alone anchors a session that pulls the rare Mythic bonus round.
  5. Builder. Workhorse NPC. Pays more than the Pedestrian and is frequent enough to be the daily-driver customer.
  6. Pedestrian. Base customer. Pays the least but fills every gap between rarer NPCs.

The ranking assumes an idle player who is not actively chasing the spawn. Active players who hover near the customer stall can shift the order in favour of the rarer NPCs.

How the customer leaderboard shifts

The customer spawn table moves with every balance patch. The Update log page tracks every change. The customer bonus round probabilities and the NPC payout multipliers both shift, but the relative ranking stays roughly the same: Patron and Collector carry the session, Curator is the rare flex, Pedestrian is the filler.
