Cash is the only currency in Carve Wood on Roblox, and every other progression gate — better axes, more workers, new biomes — is priced in cash. The faster you earn, the faster you unlock everything else. This guide walks through the five money routes that actually move the needle, in the order you should adopt them.

Route 1 — Stack the customer bonus

The customer bonus spawns randomly. When the highlighted customer appears, it pays 2x to 5x the standard rate for every log you sell. The trick is to hold logs until the bonus spawns. Most beginners sell every log as soon as they chop it; experienced players bank ten to fifteen logs in their inventory and dump them the moment the bonus customer appears.

The bonus window lasts 30 seconds. If you are holding logs when it starts, sell them all inside that window. If you are not, the bonus is wasted and you go back to the standard rate.

Route 2 — Upgrade the apprentice, not the axe

For your first hour, worker upgrades pay back faster than axe upgrades. The Apprentice Logger starts slow; after one upgrade it chops twice as fast. The general rule: keep your workers one tier ahead of your axe. If your axe is the Oak Hatchet, your workers should be at apprentice-plus-one. If your axe is the Rare Pine Pick, your workers should be at journeyman-plus-one.

Route 3 — Chop the highest-yield tree available

Every tree type in Carve Wood on Roblox has a different yield multiplier. Common trees pay 1x, Rare trees pay 1.5x, Epic trees pay 2x, and Legendary trees pay 3x. Do not chop whichever tree is closest — chop whichever tree you can reach that pays the most.

Route 4 — Log out on a full lumber yard

Carve Wood keeps your lumber yard growing while you are offline. The offline growth rate is fixed — about 8% of your active cash-per-hour. To maximise that rate, log out at peak capacity: full worker roster, all biome upgrades active, and a customer bonus running. Route 5 — Time your play sessions around bonus windows

The customer bonus spawns more frequently during peak Roblox hours (weekday evenings and weekend afternoons). If you can choose when to play, play when more players are online. The bonus is a global timer and more active servers means more frequent triggers.

Putting it together

A typical Carve Wood session at the end of the early game looks like this:

1. Log in, sell any logs you banked before log-out.
2. Chop for ten minutes, banking logs into your inventory.
3. Wait for the customer bonus. When it spawns, sell everything.
4. Use the bonus cash to upgrade one worker.
5. Chop another five minutes, bank again.
6. Repeat until you have enough for the next axe tier on the tier list.
